Full planning, ceremony & reception
This package is designed for couples who are adding a pre-wedding event to their celebration and are looking for professional guidance, organization, creative direction, and support, while benefiting from planning elements already included within their Ceremony & Reception package.

PRE-WEDDING EVENTS
Complimentary 1-hour consultation with the couple to review all aspects of their Big Day.
Dedicated planning support via phone, email, and Zoom throughout the planning process during business hours (Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm), with weekend and evening availability based on event schedules and availability.
Management and development of your budget and expenses.
Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues.
Help with sourcing, recommending and booking carefully selected vendors required for your wedding celebration.
Negotiation of contracts with carefully chosen vendors who are the best fit for you.
Assistance with tracking RSVP’s and who will be attending.
Creation of Floor Plans.
Development and management of a complete timeline and checklist in preparation for the event day.
Rehearsal synchronization.
Oversee all wedding ceremony & reception related details.
On-site coordination and supervision throughout your wedding celebration for up to 10 hours.
Three coordinators on the Event Day (Principal Planner & Two Assistants).
Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

Help with sourcing, recommending and booking carefully selected vendors based on the remaining planning needs for
your pre-wedding event.

Creation of distinct timelines to ensure seamless coordination on the day of the event for contracted vendors, venues, families, and bridal party.
On-site coordination and supervision throughout your pre-wedding event for up to 8 hours.
Three coordinators on the Event Day (Principal Planner & Two Assistants).
Collection and inventory of items to be set up on the event day, such as guest books, favours, programs, seating cards, and table numbers.
