This wedding package is developed to fit the needs of couples who have already planned aspects of their big day & needs less help than the “All the Tiers & No Tears" Wedding Plan.

Partial planning, ceremony & reception

Complimentary 2-hour consultation with the couple to review all aspects of their Big Day.

Up to 30 hours of phone, email & Zoom availability during business hours (Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm), with weekends and evenings based on availability and event schedules.

Management and development of your budget and expenses.

Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues.

Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design.

Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors.

Negotiation of contracts with carefully chosen vendors who are the best fit for you.
 
We will schedule appointments and accompany clients to up to two meetings per vendor category up to 10 vendor categories.

Assistance with tracking RSVP’s and who will be attending.

Creation and management of a unique timeline and checklist to ensure smooth running on the day.

Rehearsal synchronization.

Oversee all wedding ceremony & reception related details.

Two co-ordinators on the Wedding Day (Principal & Assistant).

Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
